Trained at the Asheville Center For Massage And Natural Health, I am also a Certified Thai Practitioner trained under Michael Sitzer with further advanced training at the Sunshine School in Chiang Mai, Thailand under Thai teachers. Being a life-long poet with a deep love of ancient Chinese and Japanese poetry and experienced with many modalities and body-types, I infuse sessions with a deep sense of awareness, creativity, caring and love of the natural world. I have an integrative range of techniques including deep tissue, hot stones, cupping, trigger point, myofascial release, Tok Sen (tapping along energy lines) and Pha Khao Ma (Thai Sarongs to assist in stretching techniques) to provide and give the people who come to me a deep and nourishing experience.

Traditional Floor Thai
Sessions At $65
Thai massage is an ancient dynamic style that embodies yoga-like postures, assisted stretching, tractions, compressions, acupressure and energy-line work, performed on a soft floormat with clients fully clothed. Clients come out of Thai sessions feeling vibrant, limber, and yet relaxed, and are much more energized the next day. Thai sessions usually last from an hour and a half to two hours, depending on your availability and needs. Integrative Oil Massage
Sessions At $65
Integrative Oil Table massage provides a mix of techniques and approaches depending on your needs. The techniques I provide range from basic Swedish Relaxation to the use of cupping, hot stones, deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial release and stretching. Sessions usually last about an hour and a half to be able to address the whole body and also focus on areas that need attention. I use organic coldpressed jojoba so your body is moisturized and soothed without any chemicals. Call or text for an appointment (715) 331-9165
I’m so honored to be able to offer Thai Massage and Integrative Table Massage infusing sessions with care and creativity. One of my great passions is working with people in order to free up their creativity and help allow them the physical mobility, ease, and energy flow for them to live more fuller creative lives. It’s so important for me to be able to offer such healing experiences to people at a price and session flexibility where they can experience all the benefits of these amazing art forms more often and make it a regular part of their lives. Presently I have a studio in West Asheville and also offer mobile Thai services which come to you if you have an adequate space at your home or workplace.
